Two Shared Podiums for Maserati

Cesare Perdisa raced in eight World Championship Grands Prix from 1955 to 1957, sharing third place at Monaco in 1955 and Spa in 1956.

Born in Bologna, Cesare Perdisa made his World Championship debut with Maserati at the 1955 Monaco Grand Prix and shared the third placed car with Jean Behra.

At the 1956 Belgian Grand Prix he again shared a third place, this time with Stirling Moss, and he finished fifth in France that year. In 1957 he drove a Lancia D50 for Ferrari at the Argentine Grand Prix, finishing sixth in his eighth and final start. He later ran the agricultural magazine Terra e Vita with his brother and died in 1998.
