These terms describe use of the Podium Plates website, an independent culinary publishing project within OTWONO. The website is operated by OTWONO Enterprises LLC, based in Florida, USA. Contact: hello@podiumplatescookbook.com. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Using the website
You may browse the site and use its recipes for your own cooking. Do not interfere with site security, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software or use the website for unlawful activity.
Our content and brand
Original writing, photographs, artwork and other material may be protected by intellectual property rights held by Podium Plates or the relevant rights holder. Except where applicable law permits, obtain permission before reproducing or commercially distributing protected content. Linking to a public page is welcome. These terms do not claim exclusive ownership of facts, ingredients, cooking methods or other material that is not legally protected.
Do not use the Podium Plates name, logo or presentation in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, affiliation or an official product. Rights in third party names and material remain with their respective owners. Contact us through our contact page for permission requests or concerns about content.
Independent editorial project
References to Formula One, race destinations, teams or circuits provide editorial context. Podium Plates is not affiliated with or endorsed by Formula 1, the FIA, teams or race organisers.
Recipes and editorial information
Recipes and destination stories are general editorial information. Ingredients, allergies, equipment and cooking conditions vary. Check ingredient labels, handle food safely and adjust preparation to your needs. Travel information and race schedules can change. Check official sources before making plans. Some images are generated illustrations and may not depict a finished dish or location exactly.
Work in progress
Example book pages are draft material. Layouts, recipes, contents and publication plans may change. The first cookbook is in development. Preorders, memberships and merchandise sales are not currently open on this website.
Contributions and future purchases
The support link leads to the central OTWONO project funding page. Review the named recipient, purpose, amount, currency, payment provider and any campaign conditions before paying. A contribution is not automatically a book purchase, membership, investment or tax deductible charitable donation. No reward or delivery date is promised unless expressly stated in the applicable campaign.
Any future monthly contribution must clearly show its amount, frequency and cancellation method before authorization. Payment confirmations must come from the payment provider or a verified payment event. Separate purchase, delivery, cancellation and refund terms will be provided before sales open.

Links may take you to independently operated websites. Their own privacy notices and terms govern their services. We do not control their content or availability.
